Instructions
  1. Cook your mixed vegetables whilst your are prepping the fruit. I put them in the microwave for around 5 minutes.
  2. Add the pineapple, mango & 3 tbsps of greek yoghurt to a blender, I ensure the pineapple is blended last to it has liquid around it to help the blender.
  3. When the mixed vegetables have cooked, add them to a clean blender with 3 tbsps of Greek Yogurt, and blend
  4. Set out your molds on a flat surface that you can carry to the freezer
  5. Add varying amounts of vegetables to the molds
  6. Top with the fruit puree
  7. Freeze for around 2 - 3 hours
